No Recording or Photography
- Filming, recording, or photographing the event is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized content capture may result in removal from the venue and legal action.
Comedic Content Disclaimer
- All material performed is intended for comedic purposes only. It may include satire, parody, exaggeration, or fictional elements. The views expressed do not reflect those of the organizers or venue.
Content Sharing Prohibited
- Any attempt to share, distribute, or publish event content—whether recorded or transcribed—is strictly forbidden. Doing so may constitute a breach of copyright and result in legal consequences.
Age Suitability
- This event may contain mature themes and language. Viewer discretion is advised. Entry is restricted to individuals aged [18+] unless otherwise stated.
Right to Refuse Entry
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who disrupts the event or violates these terms.
EventWorks terms and conditions
- Tickets purchased are not refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and EventWorks booking fee will NOT be refunded.
- Venue Owner reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or compensation to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
- The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
- In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, EventWorks cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
